PURCHASING


The Newhall County Water District (District) purchasing & procurement of goods & services are fulfilled through the Finance Dept. under the direction of the Director of Finance & the General Manager. The function of the purchasing personnel is to organize & administer procurement for all departments within the District in accordance with Appendix L with the responsibility & authority delegated by the Board of Directors.
