PAY IN PERSON


If you would like to visit our office during regular business hours and pay your bill, we accept cash, checks, money orders, credit cards and debit cards with a credit card logo only.

Our office is located at: 23780 N Pine Street, Newhall 91321 Map Note: If our office is closed, there is a drop box located to the right of our front door. Place your payment in an envelope and put it in the drop box. “NO CASH PLEASE”. Payments received in the drop box will be processed at 8:00am the next business day.


EBANKING – PAY ELECTRONICALLY WITH YOUR BANK “BILL PAY”


We receive payments from most major banks electronically. You must have your correct account number to avoid any delays in processing. Banks may issue a check to make a payment which could take an additional 7 days from the date you requested for payment. Contact your bank for more details on how payments are processed.


IVR – PAY BY TELEPHONE


You can call 661-259-3610, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By choosing our automated billing and payment system you will be able to update your phone number and pay your bill using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and eCheck in both English and Spanish. You will also have access to your balance, due date and last payment received.


IWEB – PAY ONLINE


You can pay your bill from the comfort of your home with the click of a button, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Review your account information including payment history. Account Access


IWEB – AUTO PAY


AutoPay is a quick and easy way to pay your bill. Your monthly payments are automatically deducted from your credit card or checking account. You will be required to make 1 payment to activate AutoPay. AutoPay


ALTERNATIVE METHODS


As technology continues to change, there are alternative methods available to pay your water bill. Some of these methods utilize a phone app or website offering to manage all of your bills and payments and may even use our logo. These alternative methods are “NOT” official NCWD payment sites. If you choose to use one of these alternative payment methods, NCWD cannot guarantee that your payment will be properly processed. Any delays in processing through any non-official NCWD payment site that incur penalties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
