If
you own or rent a single family residence or parcel
you must assume responsibility for the water being
delivered to the property. The following information
will help prepare you to establish such service.

The
person wishing to establish service must either
call or come into our office. A third party cannot
establish service. |
|
| |
|
|
| • |
A
deposit
will be required on all accounts unless a credit
check is run to determine credit
worthiness. The deposit is refundable after
meeting Newhall County Water District's criteria.

|
|
| • |
An application for water service must be filled
out, signed and returned to Newhall County Water
District. Failure to return the signed application
may result in termination of water service until
the application has been received by an authorized
Newhall County Water District representative. |

| • |
A standard $20.00 application fee is applied to
your account on the service start date. An invoice will be mailed and is due upon reciept. |
