A hydrant location must be approved by an authorized Newhall County Water District employee. |

Water trucks must be inspected and approved by an authorized Newhall County Water District employee prior to the issuance of a construction meter. |

A deposit will be required for all construction meters. The deposit is refundable after the account is closed and all charges have been paid. |

A permit must be obtained from the Fire Department prior to the issuance of a construction meter. |
