Ordinance No. 113
At its regularly scheduled meeting on January 12, 2012, the Board of Directors of NCWD adopted Ordinance No. 113, to add Appendix V to the District’s Policies, Rules and Regulations to add a claims procedure. The Directors unanminously approved with Director Dan Mortensen absent and Directors B. J. Atkins, Kathy Colley, Maria Gutzeit, and Lynne Plambeck voting in favor of that ordinance. |
